Kington

Kington is a town on the West of Herefordshire on the Welsh border. It has had a dramatic history and although it is to the west of Offa's Dyke, a large ditch built by the King of Mercia as the boundary for Wales, it seems to have been English for the last 1000 years.

Kington is located near Hergest Ridge a large hill made famous by popular musician Mike Oldfields (Tubular Bells) album of the same name that was recorded in his home in the area.
